RESTAURANT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Must understands food cost, labor cost control in a high-volume restaurant operation
  • Supervise and direct efficient daily shifts and culinary activities
  • Ensure an exceptional guest and employee experience

  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

ASSISTANT MANAGER

Assistant restaurant manager will assist the general manager, chef and other service personnel.  You will be responsible for providing customers with the best dining experience possible. SOUS CHEF

We’re seeking an experienced sous chef to assist the chef and other kitchen personnel. We are a drug-free workplace. Pre-employment screenings, including drug and background checks, will be conducted for all viable candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Run BOH shifts and ensure effective and efficient BOH shifts and operations including but not limited to food prep and cooking, ensuring adequate inventory levels of food and supplies, and supervising the kitchen, dish and all other BOH teams
  • Partner with GM and/or designated managers/chefs to create prep lists throughout the day and assign production duties to BOH employees in order to ensure that preparation quantities support forecasted business levels
  • Perform regular line checks throughout the day to ensure quality of all menu items 
  • Purchase and order food product and supplies for the restaurant including daily product order
  • Assist with tracking and controlling food cost
  • Ensure effective communication of food production and timing issues, needs, and special requests between front of house (FOH) and BOH 
  • Partner with designated managers/chefs to interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise and develop all BOH employees and teams as needed
  • Partner with designated managers/chefs to monitor, address and document individual BOH employee performance through recognition, coaching and, when necessary, disciplinary action up to and including employment termination as needed 
  • Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel as needed
  • Preparing meals and food to meet the specifications of guests in a timely manner
  • Ensuring kitchen staff adhere to set standards, procedures, department rules and sanitation requirements
  • Using kitchen knives and equipment such as grills, ovens, steamers and warmers in food preparation

PREP / LINE COOK

We’re seeking an experienced prep/line cook to join our team.  Candidate must be able to prepare and cook food with attention to cleanliness and sanitation, quality standards, taste, timeliness and cost effectiveness with respect for fellow cooks, servers and restaurant guests.  This position reports directly to chef and/or restaurant manager. We are a drug-free workplace. Pre-employment screenings, including drug and background checks, will be conducted for all viable candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare hot and cold food items while maintaining a clean, organized and sanitary work station.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions including recipes, prep lists, plate presentations, etc.

  • Complete prep in a safe and sanitary manner in accordance with established state and local food handler guidelines.
  • Ensure that all work stations and prep is ready for beginning of scheduled work period, and station is cleaned and sanitized and end of scheduled work period.

Theos, a fine dining Greek restaurant, is seeking a professional, high-energy Server to become an integral part of our team! You will take food and cocktail orders and provide a memorable dining experience to all guests. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and beverages to guests
  • Explain menu items to guests and offer helpful guidance with menu offerings
  • Clean and prepare the dining areas
  • Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion

Theos is seeking a motivated, experienced individual to join our high-end restaurant as a Food Service Team Member. As part of our Team, you will run FOH & BOH Expo Lines according to food safety best practices. Additionally, you will clear tables, stock shelves, keep all areas clean and tidy and assist servers as needed.  Many customers have specific dietary requirements, and you must be able to answer questions about ingredients, allergies, and nutritional information. Our ideal candidate has a valid food handler’s permit, prior food service experience, and excellent customer service skills.

  • Observe all food safety and handling rules

Host/Hostess responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas. You should also be available to work in shifts.

Ultimately, you’ll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities
